We have commissioned to conduct result-oriented monitoring (ROM) missions for the EU on behalf of Particip GmbH, the framework contractor. ROM is a specific assessment methodology of the European Union to understand the current situation of a project, as a short snapshot.

To date, we have conducted the following missions:

• Southern Mediterranean – Shared Environmental Information System Phase 2
• Northern Africa – Monitoring and Evaluation for the North of Africa window of the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa
• Libya – Mutual accountability and third-part monitoring for the health sector in Libya
