Plan International commissioned us to develop a technical manual and e-Learning materials. We used innovative approach, and instead of just another pdf document, we developed an online knowledge base. The added advantage is that is can easily and quickly be updated without having to send around a new version. For those with bad internet, we provided the option to download a pdf version nonetheless. The eLearning alternatives used by Plan were already interactive so we made the best of it, allowing for quizzes and real-life problems to understand the fundamentals of data quality assurance.
