We conducted a remote evaluation for Expertise France. Due to the security situation in Libya, this evaluation focussed on internal documents rather than external stakeholder engagement in big quantities. The SLEIDSE project aimed to promote the development of a dynamic and diversified micro-, small and medium enterprise sector in all regions of Libya, capable of creating employment and livelihoods for Libyan, in particular women and youth.
