Being part of the proposal support roster of the Norwegian Refugee Council, we were called upon to support (successfully) the development of a consortium proposal for DFID Afghanistan. Through leading ta serious of workshops we managed to combine the efforts and ideas of more than five organisations and a total budget of 22.5 m GBP to support Early Recovery and Resilience in Afghanistan.
