Expertise France is supporting the entrepreneurship culture in Libya through a variety of approaches under the umbrella of the EU4PSL projects. They are directly working with the government; supporting local organisations to help aspiring entrepreneurs all over the country; and further enhance the access to finance. We come in to support all these different components in their monitoring efforts.

This means we are supporting the development of a concise logframe, digitalisation data collection tools and providing data visualisations. You can have a look here of what we have done with Power BI for them.
