Arqaam supported Expertise France in the setup of a new 40 m EUR programme in the European Overseas Countries and Territories in the Caribbean. The programme focusses on supporting a shift to more renewable energy use on the islands, which mainly run on generators and non-renewable resources. In addition, marine biodiversity is a focus of the project, as well as building up resilience of the affected communities.
