We have been commissioned to support Expertise France with our monitoring expertise. For the STREAM project, which is setting up the first business incubator and accelerator in Libya, this is including the development of an adequate project logframe, M&E plan and calendar. More importantly, we are helping them to visualise their monitoring data, ensuring that it is used for informed decision making and an iterative learning agenda.
